Procedure 
After our customer has been able to review some our products and create a potential dream Childrens Customs works hand in hand with the client to make it a reality. Once the customer contacts Childrens Customs we will meet to discuss all of the potentials a custom structure possesses for you and your child. We will then generate a sketch of your dream and provide an initial take-off. Once the design meets your expectations we will proceed to obtain approval from you HOA (when needed) , and pull all necessary permits in order to accommodate your municipalities guidelines. We will then work in an aggressive manner to construct the structure, all while paying close attention to detail. Throughout the entire construction process our clients have the ability to make any additions or changes in order to meet their needs. Once the structure is complete a deed in the childs name will be presented followed by turning over the keys to unlock their dream come true.
